Charm McCall is the President and CEO of CSRA Federal Credit Union. Her experience encompasses 28 years of consistent leadership in the credit union movement. During McCall's tenure in Augusta, she managed Gracewood Federal Credit Union, now Richmond Community Federal Credit Union. Prior to coming to Augusta in 1988, she managed Reliance Athens Employees Federal Credit Union, now First Reliance Credit Union.

She has served as Chair of Georgia Central Credit Union, Chair of the Georgia Central Supervisory Committee, President of Northeast Georgia Credit Union Chapter, Vice President of the Augusta Chapter of Credit Unions and Chair of Georgia Credit Union Affiliates.  She has served on special committees for the State League and CUNA Mutual. McCall has also been very active in the community and has served as Budget Chair for United Way of Augusta and Chair of Child Enrichment, which protects children of the community who have been abused, abandoned and neglected.
