Stacy Tallent received his B.B.A. in Accounting from Augusta State University in 1991, and graduated with his M.B.A. from Augusta State in 2007. He has been with Health Center Credit Union since 1996, where he served as Vice President until being named President in 2001. His previous experience includes being President of HealthMaster Federal Credit Union in Augusta, GA, which he helped charter in 1994.

Tallent has been involved with the Augusta Credit Union Chapter Board for the past 10 years, and has twice served as President. He is involved with the Georgia Credit Union League (GCUL), serving over the years on the CUPAC Board, Services Board, Georgia Credit Union Foundation Board, Georgia Credit Union Executives Association Board and numerous committees and task forces. He is currently serving his second term on the GCUL Board and is Chair of the Georgia Credit Union Regulation Response Committee.

Tallent is also involved in the community through the Augusta Rotary Club, the MCG Sertoma Club and has previously served on the Consumer Credit Counseling Board and the United Way Budget Committee. He is a graduate of the SouthEastern Credit Union Management School and earned a Certified Credit Union Compliance Expert designation.
